2. Client Responsibilities :-

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information.
• All supporting documents must be genuine and legally valid.
• Any misinformation provided by the client will not be our responsibility.

3. Service Fees & Payments :-

• All services are chargeable and must be paid in advance.
• No service shall commence without receipt of full or agreed payment.
• Government fees and third-party charges (if applicable) are extra.

4. Confidentiality :-

• We value your privacy.
• All personal data and documentation shared with us is kept confidential and is used only for the intended purpose.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy :-

1. Cancellation Terms :
   • Clients can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided no work has started.
   • If work has already begun (such as document drafting, verification, or form submission), cancellation will still be permitted but will incur a 45% deduction from the total paid amount.
2. Refund Terms :
   • If a refund is approved, a 45% amount will be deducted as service and processing charges.
   • Refunds will be processed only if the service is not deliverable due to unavoidable reasons attributable to our team.
   • Refunds will not be provided for delays or rejections caused by external authorities (e.g., Government offices, Courts, Registrars).
3. Refund Processing Time :
   • Approved refunds will be processed within a minimum period of 45 business days from the date of approval.
   • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., UPI, Bank Transfer).

6. Limitation of Liability :-

1. JUSTICELINK ADVISOR will not be liable for:
   • Rejections by government authorities
   • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by clients
   • Any consequential or indirect loss

7. Intellectual Property :-

• All content, templates, logos, and materials on this website are the property of JUSTICELINK ADVISOR and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

8. Jurisdiction :-

• These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
